Shailender has spent over seven years in the competitive world of darts, engaging with top players like Peter Wright, Michael Smith, Paul Lim, Christian Perez, and Lawrence Ilagan. His notable achievements include representing India at the PDC Asian Championship in Japan, securing a top-four finish at the PDD Malaysia Cup, and a commendable Top 16 finish at the PDC Asia Darts Tour in Thailand in July 2023. 

Professionally, Shailender brings a wealth of experience from 24 years in banking and IT operations management, project migration, and localization projects. He holds an MBA in Finance and is pursuing a master's in counseling psychology, while also investing in the financial market. Deeply passionate about advancing darts, Shailender is committed to promoting the sport in Mumbai, encouraging others to explore and excel in darts, thereby enhancing focus, precision, and camaraderie among enthusiasts.
