He transformed a small mining startup in 1989 into India’s leading producer and exporter of high-quality talc, employing over 2000 workers and earning more than 35 awards for environmental conservation.

In the world of sports, Devesh's passion shines brightly. He has represented India in Lawn Bowls at the Asia Pacific Games 2015 in New Zealand and in Darts at the World Cup 2015 in Turkey. As the President of the Indian Darts Council, he has spearheaded the development of numerous leagues and tournaments, raising the profile of darts in India to international standards.
